Eating the right food.

The food pyramid.



The food pyramid tells us to eat vegetables. We have to eat sweets less than vegetables.

We should eat more of crackers, bread, pasta, noodles, cereals and tacos. We should eat it because it’s healthy for our body.

We should eat a little less of .....

  • Chocolate
  • Lollies
  • Chips
  • And other sweets
  • Because it’s unhealthy and you can get a sore stomach.

We should eat a little of .....

  • Fruits
  • Noodles
  • Bread
  • Grains
  • Because it’s nutritious and delicious.

We should eat even less of ......

  • Fish
  • Pork
  • Lamb
  • Meat
  • Steak
  • Because it’s hard if you try and chew it and sticky.

We should eat least of .....

  • Fats
  • Oily stuff
  • Junk food
  • We should eat less of these following food because it can make you fat.
